Meet Kim
Hi, I'm Kimberly, Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Wellness Blogger, Combat Veteran, and founder of EveryHER Wellness.
I know what it is like to carry a lot. To show up for everyone around you, keep everything running, and still somehow feel like you are falling behind on yourself. To be strong on the outside while quietly running on empty on the inside.
I lived that. And it took me longer than I would like to admit to realize that constantly pushing through was not strength. It was survival mode. And survival mode is not a life.
My journey into wellness was not sparked by a perfect morning routine or a life that suddenly fell into place. It was sparked by hitting a wall and finally deciding that I deserved better than what I had been settling for.
That experience is exactly what shaped the way I approach wellness today. I am not here to give you a rigid plan that falls apart the moment real life gets in the way. I am here to help you build something that actually works for the life you are living right now.
My work is rooted in helping women create real balance, build healthier habits, and take care of themselves without the guilt, the overwhelm, or the pressure to do it all perfectly.
Because this is not about doing more. It is not about being perfect. It is about learning how to show up for yourself the same way you have always shown up for everyone else.
You have been last on your own list for too long. I am here to help you change that.

My Mission
To help women feel more balanced, clear, and supported in their everyday lives.
EveryHER Wellness was created for women who are doing a lot, carrying a lot, and trying to hold everything together, often without the space to pause, reset, or take care of themselves consistently.
This is not about chasing perfect routines or doing more. It is about creating a way of living that actually supports you, mentally, emotionally, and physically.
Wellness should fit into your real life, not add more pressure to it. It should feel supportive, not overwhelming. Sustainable, not exhausting.
Because feeling well should not be something you have to earn. It should be something you experience regularly, through small intentional choices that actually work for you.
What We Focus On
Three Areas That Change Everything
Everyday Self-Care
actical, realistic routines that protect your energy and support your mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing without adding more to your plate.
Boundaries & Burnout
Learning to recognize burnout early, protect your time and energy, and set boundaries that actually hold without the guilt.
Personal Growth
Building the self-awareness and confidence to show up as the woman you are working to become, on your own terms and at your own pace.

Why I Started EveryHER Wellness

For a long time, I was doing what needed to be done.
As a working woman, single mom for a season, and Combat Veteran, I learned how to show up no matter what. I handled responsibilities, pushed through challenges, and kept everything moving because that is what you do.
But over time, that way of living started to catch up with me.
I found myself feeling overwhelmed, mentally drained, and constantly trying to hold everything together without really checking in with myself. I was doing everything I thought I was supposed to do, but I didn’t feel balanced or fully present in my own life.
That’s when I realized something had to change.
Not in a dramatic, all or nothing way, but in a real, everyday kind of way.
I started paying attention to how I was actually feeling. I began setting boundaries, making small shifts in my habits, and creating simple routines that gave me space to slow down and reset.
And over time, things began to shift.
I felt clearer. More grounded. More in control of my time, my energy, and how I moved through my day.
That experience is what led me to create EveryHER Wellness.
I built this space for women who are doing their best but feel stretched thin, women who want a more balanced, realistic way to take care of themselves without constantly feeling overwhelmed.
Because you shouldn’t have to run yourself into the ground just to keep everything going.
If you're here, I'm glad you found this place. And if you're ready for things to feel different, you are in the right place.
