About

Hello there!
Hi, I’m Kim—a wife, mom, stepmom, home chef, and big believer in the power of slowing down. I’ve always loved creating calm in the chaos, whether it’s through a cozy meal, a quiet morning routine, or a mindset shift that makes life feel a little lighter.
From single to recently married, I now have a big beautiful blended family. My time in the military taught me the importance of self-care—both mental and physical.
After years of working for the government, I decided to follow my passion of starting a blog. As someone who thrives on simplicity and softness, I believe self-care isn’t just a luxury for women—it’s necessary to feel grounded, stay present, and live with more intention.
Through EveryHer, I hope to inspire women to care for themselves with the same love and dedication they give everyone else.

Self-care isn’t always bubble baths and journaling—it’s also learning how to say no, making space to rest, and figuring out what really matters to you.
I’ve come to appreciate the power of small, consistent actions that bring peace, whether it’s resetting the energy in my home, starting the day with intention, or carving out a quiet moment for myself. Life gets full, but we don’t have to lose ourselves in the noise of it all.
At EveryHer, I share what’s helped me stay grounded while navigating the many roles I hold. Whether you're managing a household, chasing big goals, or just trying to catch your breath, this space is here to support you.
Think of it as your digital exhale—a place where you’re reminded that taking care of yourself is not selfish, it’s essential.

"Real self-care isn’t a luxury—it’s the quiet decision to choose yourself, over and over again."
